“Luce,” the Italian word for light, reflects the heart of what we bring: illumination, perspective, and a gentle untangling of complexity. “Studio” represents craft, intention, and the artful shaping of systems around a leader’s needs. “Collective” speaks to the multidimensional nature of the work: operational leadership, creative direction, personal support, and project execution, working together as one cohesive ecosystem.
Founded by Karissa Mollicone, a multi-hyphenate strategist and executive partner, Luce Studio Collective was built for leaders who carry a lot—teams, ideas, responsibilities, expectations—and need a partner who can both steady the landscape and elevate it.
Karissa blends high-level operational leadership with creative thinking, systems design with intuitive insight, and personal support with grounded project management. Her work spans business operations, creative production, podcast development, team alignment, event and travel design, and lifestyle operations.
